Everything was great
The section we reserved was closed so everyone used the main pool and many adults do not control their children. 2 separate incidents I was jumped on in the pool.

Really two hotels
Except for front desk, everyone was really friendly and very helpful. Excellent quality of food.Hard tennis courts are fine, clay courts under repair and not useable. Easy to get a booking.Leonardo in the pro shop very helpful. Good location. We are vegetarians... they prepared dishes for us not on the menu, thanks to one of the jefes, whose name starts with "S", but I can't remember.
Terrible bathroom, less than one star. Make sure you get a room in the newer part of the hotel...one part of the hotel is maybe 4 star, rest is one star. Very strict rule for checking out by11.00...not even a grace period of 30 minutes.

We liked the tennis courts. Played every day. They are covered so you can play in the afternoon without boiling. The Mexican Restaurant was fantastic.
There is only really 1 restaurant for the all inclusive. You get one dinner reservation at the other 4 restaurants. Otherwise you have only the one choice. There is also a snack bar open till 4pm. The beach is beautiful for scenery but not great for swimming. Its steep and has rocks. You can walk down a ways and its better. The cost to get a late checkout was expensive. 2400 peso. From 11am to 4pm

I was with children and they liked everything, this was the main reason for our trip. But for myself, I would not choose
I think this place has good location,close to the sea, large swimming pool, many activities for children. Good location to take a lot of cool pictures and beach in front as well. Very nice and positive waiters +++
I didn’t like the building, the room was very old, a lot of rust, malfunctions, holes in the curtains, old furniture, it all created a feeling of discomfort for me. AC did work properly, 3 times I was asking for help to get and fix it,but every time someone was coming they could not do to much. Not too many varieties of the food in buffet, as for me there was a lot of zucchini and carrots in several dishes everyday. But breakfast was pretty good.
